Mardi Gras Indian Portraits

My brand new Fuji X-E1 came in on Friday, just in time for SUPER SUPER SUNDAY!!  Super Sunday is the BIG Mardi Gras Indian Parade held in Central City each year.  I edited over 200 photos from the day so I'll be splitting these up into several blog posts.  I can not say enough about how fantastic the X-E1 performed with the kit/zoom lens, anyone who says the zoom lens isn't sharp doesn't know what they are talking about, these are some of the sharpest photos I've ever taken.  And the image quality beats the pants out of anything my Pentax ever produced.

These are the first of the portraits, I'll also be posting others later that show the general spirit of the day.
